Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy for all brand new products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Used items are not eligible for a return.

Please send us an e-mail indicating the reason for your return, and our customer service team will notify you by e-mail when we have received your request. We will then provide you the necessary return information. 

Refunds are issued for returned items and do not include the cost of shipping. Once we have received your return, refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment. 

If your item is over $60, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If we did not receive your item, we may not be able to process your refund.

 

Replacements

If your product is defective, damaged, or non-functional upon arrival, we offer a free 7-day replacement policy. We will replace any product that is defective or damaged, free of charge. 

Please send us a photo or short video of the damaged product or non-working game screen, and our customer service team will notify you by e-mail when we have received your request. 

Once we have approved your request, we will process the replacements and send you a shipping label to send the item back to us. Please package the item  in the original packaging or your own packaging that is of similar quality. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for you to receive your replacement item may vary. 

 

Late or Missing Refunds

First, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially processed and posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a delay before the refund is posted. Please patiently wait for your refund to show up in your account. If it has been more than 10 business days and you still have not received your refund, please contact us. We'll be happy to look into it for you!
