  • When Will I Receive My Order?
    • Usually within 2-5 business days after purchase. It can take up to 10 business days for your package to be delivered due to high demand or volume of your order. 
  • How much does shipping cost? What are your shipping costs? Do you offer free shipping?
    • Shipping is free for orders over $100.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    • Unfortunately, Rewind Gaming does not provide international shipping at this time.
  • The tracking page says that my package has been delivered, but why have I not received it?
    • Please double check the shipping confirmation to confirm that the shipment was not sent to the incorrect address.
    • Visit the tracking page with the postal carrier and look for any notes as to where the package was left.
    • Patiently wait a day, sometimes the postal deliverer will mark the package as delivered before they deliver it in that day.
    • Contact your postal office with the tracking number and inquire about its status.
    • If you have tried all of the above and still cannot locate the package, please contact us at support@rewindgaming.co and provide your order number and an explanation of the situation to the best of your knowledge.
  •  My package is lost, stolen or damaged, can I get a replacement?
    • Rewind Gaming is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after its delivery.
    • If there is major damage to the package, please do not open the package, take a photo of the damaged product unopened, and send it to support@rewindgaming.co with your order number.
  • How do I change my shipping address?
    • Please contact support@rewindgaming.co as soon as possible with your order confirmation number and correct shipping address. Please note that once you have received a shipping confirmation, your order has been shipped and it is not possible for us to correct the shipping destination.
